How to Consign

The details:
During your appointment, our team will spend 15–30 minutes evaluating your items while you shop and relax. While we carefully consider every piece, acceptance is not guaranteed.
Accepted items must be clean, floor-ready, and in excellent condition. We love when items are brought in on hangers! After your appointment, you’ll receive copies of your signed paperwork and anything not accepted for consignment, as well as containers and hangers used to bring items in. Within 2–4 weeks after your appointment, you’ll receive an itemized email that includes pricing and pickup dates.
Returning consignors may take advantage of our convenient Drop & Dash program (drop off a small batch of items and be on your way). Drop-offs are limited to 10 items at a time, 2 times per month, Tuesday–Thursday from 11:00 AM–3:00 PM (no drop-off’s Fridays & Saturdays). Items not selected for consignment will be automatically donated to Laura’s House. Within 2–4 weeks after your drop-off, you’ll receive an itemized email that includes all items accepted, pricing and pickup dates.
Standard Items’ 70 day selling window begins the day you receive your email list–not the day of your appointment or drop-off. Luxury items priced above $130 will run on an extended selling timeline.
