To help us maintain a beautiful, curated shopping experience, we ask that all consignors review their items before bringing them in. While we carefully evaluate every piece, acceptance is based on current inventory needs, style, condition, and brand, and cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that we are unable to accept items with stains, holes, odors, pet hair, pilling, snagging, discoloration, stretched elastic, missing embellishments, missing buttons or clasps, broken zippers, alterations, excessive wear, damaged labels, shoe footbed discoloration, peeling materials, or other signs of wear and damage.
