- Unsold Standard items become property of Recurrent Consignment after the 70 day selling window.
- Recurrent Consignment is not obligated to pay-out any commissions earned on a Standard item after its 70 day selling period has expired.
- High-end items (priced $130+) may remain the property of the consignor and will be available for purchase up to an additional 120 days post the regular selling period (190 days total), with commissions being paid-out to the consignor through that extension..
- After the 120 day extension period has expired, if the consignor has not communicated with staff regarding their high-end item(s) for pickup and/or extending the items’ selling period, ownership may transfer to Recurrent Consignment at point-of-sale, per the discretion of management.
Unsold Item Pickup & Donation:
- Unsold Standard items default to donation status on the 70 day expiration date.
- High-end items ($130+) will NOT be donated unless flaws are found, and/or staff has notified the consignor to pick-up after the extended selling period has ensued, but the consignor has not retrieved their property within the requested timeframe.
- Standard Items may be picked up between days 50–70 unless otherwise approved.
- Pickup is the consignor’s responsibility during business hours. Staff will provide an inventory list but are not responsible for gathering items.
- Picked-up items may not be re-consigned.

- Qualifying luxury handbags, wallets, and luggage with a resale value of $400+ are required to undergo Entrupy authentication to be resold by Recurrent at their appropriate resale value.

- Item’s opted-out for authentication, even if brought in with receipts/certificates, will be labeled “not authentic.”
Communication:
- Recurrent will NOT contact consignors regarding sold items, expired items, donations, balances, checks, or promotions.
- Consignors are responsible for monitoring their account and communicating with staff.
- Itemized lists with pricing and expiration dates are generally emailed within 2–4 weeks after drop-off.
