SWEEET REPEEET CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
Listed below is a copy of the physical form consignors initial and sign when consigning their items with Sweeet Repeeet Consignment. This contract is made between Sweeet Repeeet Consignment (“Consignee”) and the undersigned (“Consignor”). By signing and initialing at the time of consigning, the Consignor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement
Commission:
40/60% split: The consignor will receive a 40% commission of all sold items (items individually priced for resale under $600) within a 70 day selling period. The consignor’s earnings will be kept in their account for them to use as store-credit or take in the form of a check for one year post-sale date.
50/50% split: The consignor will receive 50% commission of all sold items (items individually priced for resale under $600) within a 70 selling day period. The consignor’s earnings will be kept in their account for them to use as store credit only for one year post-sale date.
60/40% split: The consignor will receive 60% commission of individual items each valued with a resale price of $600 or above. The consignor’s earnings will be kept in their account for them to use as store credit or take in the form of a check for one year post-sale date.
Designer Authentication
● Luxury designer handbags, wallets and luggage with a resale value of $400 or above qualify for an authentication service run by Sweeet Repeeet Consignment through Entrupy Solutions.
○ Qualifying luxury designer brands: Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes, Bottega Veneta, Chloe, Burberry, Dior, Prada,
Givenchy, Fendi, Salvator Ferragamo, Goyard, Celine, Loewe, Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent, and MCM
● Upon approval from the consignor a $30 per item Authentication Fee will be charged to the consignor’s account.
● If the consignor wishes to opt out of the authentication service, Sweeet Repeeet Staff will list their consigned designer item as “inspired” or “counterfeit” with the appropriate resale price.
Appointments
● First-time consignors must make an appointment to consign in order to complete all necessary paperwork.
● A consignor is allowed to bring in a maximum of 40 items per appointment for staff to review for consignment.
● All items not accepted by staff to consign, as well as any hangers, bags and bins may be retrieved at the end of the appointment period.
● The consignor will receive receipts of all signed documents and will review all accepted items with staff at the end of the appointment period.
Drop/Dash/Donate
● Established consignors can “Drop/Dash/Donate” their items—drop off no more than 10 items at a time for staff to look through (under no designated time frame) and donate whatever is not accepted for consignment.
○ Drop/Dash/Donate is limited to two drop-off’s per month per consignor
○ Drop/Dash/Donate hours: Tuesday – Thursday, between 11:00AM – 3:00PM
● Items not accepted by staff to resell during a Drop/Dash/ Donate will automatically be donated to Laura’s House—item pickup’s at a later time and donation receipts will not be available.
● To pick up non-accepted items, and for staff to go through items the moment they are brought in, consignors must make an appointment.
● Bags, bins, suitcases and/or hangers leftover from a Drop/ Dash/Donate will be donated or discarded.
Consignment Selling Period
● “Standard” items (items priced less than $130) will be available for purchase on the store floor for a period of 70 days
● The 70 day period begins the day the consignor receives their emailed itemized list of accepted apparel.
○ After such time any unsold “Standard” items exceeding the 70 days will become the sole property of Sweeet Repeeet Consignment.
● High-end items (items with a resale price of $130 and above) will remain for sale and will remain the property of the consignor past the 70 day period until an extended but reasonable time has ensued (4 months or 120 days past the original 70 days selling period) in addition to there having been no communication from the consignor regarding their high-end item(s); at which point Sweeet Repeeet Consignment has full discretion to claim ownership of the item(s) at point-of-sale.
Unsold/Expired Item Pick-Up & Donations
● All consigned “Standard” items will default to “allow donate” status once expired.
● If the consignor wishes to recollect anything unsold, they must do so before the 70 day expiration date, but no earlier than the 50 day mark, or communicate with management for a reasonable extension.
● If the consignor wishes to pick up any unsold items, it is their responsibility to retrieve them during business hours.
○ Staff is not subject to assist in the collection of the unsold items, but will provide a full detailed list of all remaining inventory belonging to the consignor on the selling floor for easy retrieval.
● Items will not be re-consigned after pickup.
Notifications/Contacting the Consignor
● Sweeet Repeeet Staff will not contact the consignor to inform them of sold items, expired items, donated items, account balance, mailing of checks, and promotions/discounts being applied to their items
● The consignor is encouraged to initiate and maintain regular contact with Sweeet Repeeet Staff for updated information pertaining to their account.
● Within 2-4 weeks (possibly longer depending on current inventory volume) after the consignor’s appointment or drop-off, staff will email an itemized list of all the consignor’s consigned items with each item’s respective price and Pick-Up/Expiration date.
● Staff will attempt to notify the consignor through email and/or text message for the following reasons: 1. An accepted item has been found to have flaws on it; 2. After reevaluation, staff has decided to not sell an accepted item(s).
● Regarding the two listed reasons, the consignor will have a period of seven “Sweeet Repeeet” business days from the sending of the email and/or text message to retrieve their item(s). If not collected within the designated timeframe, staff will donate the item(s).
Unclaimed Earnings
● Earnings in the consignor’s account must be claimed within one year from the consignment sold date.
○ Unclaimed earnings will be voided with no further liability on the part of Sweeet Repeeet Consignment to pay out the balance.
● All issued checks must be cashed within six months or 183 days of the pay date or they will be voided.
Promotions
● All store merchandise is subject to promotions without notice to the consignor at the discretion of management.
Pricing
● All items accepted by Sweeet Repeeet Consignment to resell are priced to be competitive with other brick-and-mortar consignment stores, as well as online resale markets like Poshmark, The Real Real, Vestiaire Collective, Fashionphile, ThreadUp, Ebay and others.
● Sweeet Repeeet Staff has full discretion to adjust pricing based on item demand and the amount of time the item(s) has been on the selling floor.
● At the initial drop-off or appointment, staff is not subject to provide the consignor exact prices of accepted items.
● If the consignor is unsatisfied with the initial listed price of an item shown on their emailed item list, it is the consignor’s responsibility to communicate with management to adjust the price or pick up the item in question.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged Items
● Sweeet Repeeet Consignment is not responsible for consigned items that have become lost, stolen or damaged while awaiting processing and/or while on the selling floor.

Liability Disclaimer: This contract limits Sweeet Repeeet Consignment and its employees from all liability. The signing party will hold Sweeet Repeeet Consignment, its owner, and employees harmless from any dispute or legal action.
