More Information:
We encourage all new and returning consignors to review our Consignment Agreement Form for terms of selling and further details on how the consignment process works once merchandise is on the selling floor.
- First-time consignors must make an appointment in order to complete the Consignment Agreement Form in person at their appointment and review the consignment process with staff.
- During an appointment the consignor may bring up to 40 items for review, giving staff 15-30 minutes to look at their pieces.
- There is no guarantee that items will be accepted for consignment.
- Once staff has finished their intake, the consignor may retrieve any non-accepted items, and hangers/reusable containers.
- Staff will go-over the Item Intake Form with the consignor, indicating what items were accepted and provide receipts of all signed documents at the conclusion of the appointment.
- The consignor can expect to receive an emailed itemized list of their consigned pieces in 2-4 weeks after their appointment.
- This email will include each item’s description, its resale price, and its 70-day Expiration/Pickup date.
- All apparel is required to be “floor ready” (dry cleaned, laundered and/or steamed), and in excellent condition.
- See “Apparel Standards” tab for what season is currently being accepted and more details on condition standards. *Items needing further care may not be accepted*
- Items are recommended to be brought in on hangers, but can be brought in suitcases or bins.
- For consignors who already have an account, “Drop/Dash/Donate” is available *but subject to current inventory volume–consignors may be turned away if inventory is too full. Please call/text in advance*
- Returning consignors may drop-off no more than 10 items at a time.
- Staff will go through the items at their own pace (usually not same-day) and automatically donate anything not accepted to be consigned to Laura’s House, along with any hangers and reusable containers.
- Each returning consignor is limited to 2 drop-off’s per month
- Donation receipts are not given to consignors.
- “Drop/Dash/Donate” window: Tuesday – Thursday 11:00 – 3:00
- **No drop-off’s Friday or Saturday**
